Ellie Jones
Executive Director, Instagram Administrator
Ellie is passionate about marine science and finding the most effective ways to communicate it to a wide audience. In addition to Everblue she works for the Hawai‘i Monitoring and Reporting Collaborative studying coral reef resiliency and community-based marine management. When she's not in a lab, she loves freediving and surfing - anything to get her in the water!

Jennie Sackett
Financial Administrator
Jennie believes that everybody has the power to influence the world. With a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography and a Master of Arts in Teaching, she is a business analyst who supports revenue-generating programs centered around regenerative tourism, ocean stewardship, and sustainable fisheries.

Andy Ishu

Andy is a University of Oregon graduate that is passionate about environmental protection. His main focus is to help foster a greater sense of stewardship for our natural world. Through various art mediums the goal is to connect people more to the world around them, in order to strengthen their relationship to it.

Zach Greenberg
Zach studied Biochemistry and Physics and is passionate about equity and the accessibility of science. A longtime science educator and aspring high school teacher, Zach has served as an Inland Ocean Coalition chapter lead and consultant for EarthX. When he’s not in the mountains, he can be found hiking, surfing, diving, or behind a camera.

Joanna Lyle-Librie
Joanna has a Master of Science in Marine Biology, and is interested in climate impacts on coastal and marine ecosystems. She lives on the Oregon coast and loves to birdwatch, garden, and hike in her free time.

Morgan Janes
Morgan is a marine biologist who earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon, and is currently working as a lab tech at the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology. She is interested in habitat conservation, marine reserves, and unique marine symbiotic relationships, and has an enormous amount of love for cephalopods!

Sibly McCullers
Executive Director
Sibly is an Environmental Scientist working in environmental compliance for the Department of the Navy. She holds a BS in Biology from Old Dominion University and an MS in Environmental Management from the University of Rhode Island. Sibly’s long-term goal is to work with and for local fisheries, implementing fisheries management expertise to create sustainable and productive fisheries that can support future generations of humans and marine life alike. She lives with her partner, Alex, and their two cats, and her biggest passions are nature, ice cream, and surfing (:

Tyler McFarland
Research Administrator
Based in North Carolina, Ty is the Director of Communications at the North Carolina League of Conservation Voters, where they lead strategic storytelling and advocacy efforts to protect communities and the environment. Ty graduated with their bachelor degree in Biodiversity and Conservation and Master of Environmental Management at Duke University.

Rachel Aitchison
Website Administrator
Rachel is a PhD Candidate studying the ecology and evolution of sharks and rays. She loves to paint and if she's not at the beach, she's probably in the mountains or caring for her many plants.

Dominic Librie
Dom lives and works as a licensed architect on the Oregon coast. He’s particularly passionate about sustainable building practices and community-oriented projects. When he’s not at a desk, he enjoys hiking, kayaking in the local estuaries, and making music.

Erin Parker
Erin is originally from Oregon, but is currently working as a Research Assistant in The Bahamas at the Cape Eleuthera Institute. Her research primarily focuses on improving the sustainability of local fisheries and teaching high schoolers about the ocean.

Alexia Halen
Alexia is a non-profit development consultant specializing in launching grassroots organizations to the next level. She's passionate about ocean conservation and is excited to be a member of the Everblue team.
